Data collected and purposes

Reservation

To process a reservation, we collect your last name, first name, mailing address, phone number and email address, as well as the dates and package you choose.

Legal basis: the execution of the booking contract.

Customer account

Creating an account is optional. It allows you to find your reservations and avoid re-entering your details.

Legal basis: your consent.

Login via external account

If you choose to sign in with Google, we only receive your last name, first name, and email address. We never receive your password, contact list, or posts.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never pass through our site: we do not have access to them and do not keep them. We only keep the amount, date and a transaction reference.

Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Target audience

Your data is intended for the domain’s sole operator. They are not sold, assigned or used for advertising purposes.

Technically involved, for the sole needs of the service: our host, Stripe for payment, and Google Calendar for the planning of stays.

Time of Stora^^j^^

  • Customer details: 3 years after your last stay.
  • Accounting documents: 10 years, in accordance with the Commercial Code.
  • Customer account: until it is deleted at your request.

Cookies

This site does not store advertising cookies or audience measurement. Only cookies necessary for operation are used: maintaining your session if you are logged in, and securing forms. These cookies do not require prior consent.

Your Rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability of your data.

To exercise them, write to us at boscharaud@gmail.com. We respond within one month.

If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights have not been respected, you may send a complaint to the French Data Protection Authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).

Safety

We implement the necessary measures to protect your data: restricted access to the operator, encrypted connection, and delegation of payment to a specialized service provider.
